Wild Champions

This Children’s Day, here is our challenge to all of you future stewards of our planet! We are inviting all school children from classes 6+ to stand up for the planet and become Wild Champions!

Wild Champions Initiative Aspires for

Children to be informed and be aware of local and global environmental issues.

Children to be environmentally responsible and proactively solve problems in their neighbourhood.

Action-oriented leadership among children to solve complex environmental problems.

What can the children solve?

Here are some examples. Students can choose any of the following issues or anything else they feel is more relevant to their area.

Important Instructions and Dates

Eligibility

1 Teams Members need to be from the same school. A teacher should guide students.

3 Issues chosen should be locally relevant.

4 Solutions should be sustainable. If any material is required it should be locally sourced.

5 The solution should be replicable

Important Dates

Submissions: 18th November 2022 – 31st January 2023

Evaluation: 1-20th February 2023

Announcement of Finalists: 25th February 2023

Felicitation Ceremony: 3rd March 2023 (World Wildlife Day)
